References in your CV mean “to whom the company will contact to know about you? After they are interested to hire you”. When fresh graduates came in the field then they don’t have enough skills that are necessary to flow with the company. Now when bachelor’s completed what do you think? Who will be your reference? Answers that most get in return say “no one”, because I don’t have such experience. If you do this than this will be your bigger mistake in your CV. There are many to whom you can mention as your reference. These are:
- You can mention your teachers as a reference, because no one knows you better than your teachers. They also have your complete record file. Teacher is more sincere to you than any other.
- If you had done some internships during your vacations, than you can give the name of person under whom you did your internship.
- Remember when you are mentioning someone as your reference, than first you should need to tell that person whom you are mentioning.
How To Write A Reference
In the very first line mention name and position of a person whom you are mentioning. In 2nd and 3rd line mention two contacts no. one is landline number and the other mobile number, in case not available in office at that time. Also give them e-mail of that person too.
